On-device processing

All text-to-speech processing happens entirely on the user's device.

Local storage only

Reading progress and preferences are stored locally on the device using UserDefaults and are never transmitted.

One-time model download

On first launch, the app downloads a ~350 MB TTS model from HuggingFace (huggingface.co). This is a one-time download. No user data is sent during this download.

No accounts

The app does not require or support user accounts.

File access

The app accesses only files the user explicitly opens (EPUBs, PDFs) or URLs the user provides. These are processed locally and never uploaded.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
